zanax withdraw

Could someone please tell me how much zanax withdraw i will--- i take around 2 bars a week in the following way-- take half a bar for 3 or 4 days in a row and then no xanax for 3 or 4 days in a row---My doctor does not know i am taking xanax and i want to stop--i am prescribed 50 mg zoloft--900 mg triliptal--300 mg seroquil and 24 mg. suboxone per day ----the only thing i take the xanax for is sleep, but i have been hooked on it before and hope i am not now---i have going thru this routine of taking half a bar for 3 days straight and no xanax at all for 3 or 4 days for about 4 months...always pass my drug test somehow--take it every 2 weeks---PLEASE HELP-Thanks

thanks---i think the seroquil at bedtime might help with any withdraw i have---glad u are feeling better

  EVERY BODY DIFFERENT YOUR IF IM RIGHT LOOKING AT 2.5 A WEEK I JUST GAVE UP 1MG SUNDAY WITH VIKES IM NOT FEELING THAT BAD BUT BEEN UP SINCE SUNDAY TO  HAD BAD TIME FOR BIT TODAY JUST IN MY HEAD COOL NOW

with all of the other stuff i take and only taking around 1 and a half 2mg bars a week i would think i might have minor withdraw if i quit the xanax totally--guess i will find out--thanks

right, well that is a very small dose, so coming off wouldnt be too bad, you might feel a bit jittery, and not sleep so well for a short while, but it wouldnt last too long, and you are right, its a short acting benzo, so would be out of system fairly quick, like 48/ 60 hours, hope is of some help ,

the sub. is for coming off meth---the drug test is for everything incl. benzos and is always clean i guess because i stop the xanax 3 or 4 days before the pee test

Thanks for trying to answer--u are the only person to respond--i tried to explain it easier this time--a bar is 2mg--u can break it off in quarters to make 4 pills at .05 each---i know it is hard to answer because of all of the other meds i take--thanks for trying to help

hi, you posted this earlier, i did answer but its a very difficult question, as i previously said , you are on antidepressant, and drugs for bi polar, and also suboxone, so its quite a big mixture, is the sub for a heroin or methadone withdrwal, and i dont know what a "bar"is, i can help about benzo withdrawal, but im not sure , when taken with the other things, and is it the xanax they test you for, i really hope someone with more experience can help you, and if you can explain more i will try to, best wishes,
