Day 6 of lortab detox and symptoms are returning

Should this be happening or is this a last ditch effort by my body to get me to use?

What really helped me is instead of trying to sleep try rest instead. Yeah that's how it works. Every time I'd sit same thing. If you got a heating pad or blanket that helps or put warm towel in a pillow and put it between your legs and that helps a lot to. Well another day down. Congrats on another day past.

It's like as soon as I sit down it really starts to kick in first the restless legs then the sweating and overall tense feeling

I hear you on that one for sure. I am still Havering a hard time sleeping and I'm over 2 weeks into it. Menatlly ok like you but I do think hmm take half a pill and then ill knock out. But we can't we have come to far.  Still got shivers small aches restless legs for sure. I would give it a few more days take some multivitamins some b6 and that will help the symptoms your having now
