The reality......

Hey all. Determined to keep this post short..it's tough but I CAN do it. Seriously though I feel like compete crow since earlier this afternoon and just worse as the day winds down.......zero energy, zero drive. Couldn't even force myself out for a walk. Calling it a night soon. Seven full days down---no relapse....pushing on.  Ive been inspired by others posts, but the reality is that I took this poison for almost a full year --- I'm not going to be feeling back to normal in a week, or two or even a month for that matter. Shifting my focus to the long term.

Hey,congrats on a week!! That's awesome! I totally agree with Charlie, this is a day by day progress, and some of them days are a minute to minute process. Try not to look ahead to far ahead into the future, just start by thinking of what you're going to do in the next hour. You don't want to get stressed or have unnesasary anxiety wondering when you'll feel better. Live in that moment, enjoy and savor the good minutes, hours and days you do have and learn from the bad ones. You're doing so great!! Keep posting and sharing your journey with us! xox

You are doing fantastic. Hang in there just a bit longer. Take it only a day at a time, no more than that. Energy will come back soon and you will be so glad you maintained. Stay strong. Keep posting and reading. You are right. This process does take a while, but you are almost through the physical part. So proud of you. Drink plenty of water, eat when you can, and exercise as much as possible. You can do this.
