Day 64 people !

Hi all , I hope everyone is doing well . As for me I am doing better and better everyday that gos by . I believe I am suffering from P.A.W.S. now and then ( like today ) But I am dealing with it . Still get slight cravings but I am doing well fighting that also . I can't emphasize to all of you how important aftercare is and if you're not doing it in my opinion you increase your chances of relapse bigtime ! At least stay here for support if you have nothing else . There are a lot of good people here that will help you and give you support . Keep your eye on the prize !  Jimmy

hi jimmy...glad you are doing well....yeah paws is a bit rough but it goes away.  cravings will diminish too.....usually hit me when i m bored to death...just get busy and do something...anything.  and yes aftercare is so very important....you keep the faith my friend and congrats on 64 awesome days!.....maria :)

Way to go Jimmy, What kind of aftercare is working for you? So far this site and seeing my doctor every sixty days is the extent of my efforts at aftercare. I'm not really sure what I should be doing.
