Thank u so much G!!! i've been on here a while & know ur story & i must say u have always been there! Thanks again! I think i'am so expecting the worse since i've abused my body the past 8yrs on & off but i will say iam so done & want to finally feel again! This is so new to me (haven't been sober in 2 yrs at least) but i just want freaking peace :(

HI Stacy well your off and running the first thing I tell all the beginners is you just got to be ok without being ok.....next this is all about keeping a positive attitude .......this is a battle one or lost in ones own mind...remember to force the fluids a hot soak goes a long way in releaving symptoms keep posting for support we all want to see you make it good luck and God bless.......Gnarly

well i've got 3 hr's of sleep so far & the awoke :( but i'am happy to have got 3! going to try to sleep i hope but if not, i already expected it. Thanks everyone & WTG to all the above!! Keep up the great work!!

Great job. My husband is 7 days at 5pm it was so hard but worth it. Each day has got a little better. Hot baths, vitiams, motrin, bengay and something to make u sleepy. Good luck keep posting and reading it helps alot.
