Day three fog

As day 3 comes to an end I realize I moved around a lot but I am paying the price.  I am so tired.  This fog my mind is in right now is frustrating but I had my ensure for dinner, my Gatorade, and I took a Xanax (prescribed) to help me relax for the night...here's hoping for a better day tomorrow.  Those of you who are in this with me lets stay the course and see this through to the end

A big CONGRATS on 3 days you should be turning the corner in a day or so. I hope you feel better tomorrow and just Keep on Keepin on. You are doing great.
