14+ year addiction on many forms fof Mersyndol night. 70-80 pills a day depending

Please help me
Im curious about whether this will help me become better with myself by telling anyone my addiction. Ive been on pain meds for about 14 years im 34 nows it started out as simply taking one from a friend and then more tablets because i wasn't getting the same effect ive gone up too about 60-80 pills a day and thats when im working its 20 pills at work when i get home i take say 50 or 60 defending on how many i have, fall asleep then take another 20 thats everyday i do this every single god damn day of my life. The friends ive lost the families ive betrayed because ive atolen off. Everyday im always thinking where do i have too go too today to get them ive built up friendships and repore with a majority of chemists and pharmacists they've literally become friends. I know i can see them on a regular basis no questions asked ill have 2 packets. I have too buy 2 40 packets of Mersyndol night or anything generic to get me through the day and the night i will mix all types of them without disregard. Im worried for myself and that eventually it'll kill me. How does pne simply stop gp cold turkey how do we get the right help i need. Ive tried and failed on so many occasions so thats why im asking everyone here help me how do i do this alone. How can i make my life happy again i want too be normal i want my life back.
I hope someone reads this and gives me the right direction i need
Thank you

Hello and welcome. There is always hope. Keep the faith.
There is freedom from the chains and bondage of addiction. Have you considered counseling, church  substance abuse support groups?
The Acetaminophen that is in the tablets is toxic to your kidneys and liver. The maximum recommended dosage per day is 4000 mgs. Each tablet of mersyndol contains 325 mgs.
Does anyone in your life know of your addiction?
I am glad you confessed it here that is a start.
Please get as much in person support as possible.
Each day is a new beginning. You have to start to taper down and take less each day.
Sending encouragement, prayers and support,
Debbie
