Day 14 Help

Hey all it's day 14 today that stupid counter is behind 1 day, I had one good day on Sunday and I thought I was going to get better everyday the depression still seems to be kicking up I really don't want to go on an anti d it is better than a week ago but i'm getting really worn out and it's startin to get to me. Is it all just in my head? I'm already doing aminos and walking the dog, Thanks for any help.

Ahhhhhhhh man, you are doing great, you have made it 2 weeks and that is fantastic. i know it's a bumpy ride, but you have seen glimpses of it getting better. i did not get those glimpses for a month so hang in there and be proud of yourself for fighting this. Great to see you out here. Half way to a month, don't make me look like an idiot cause that's when i say it gets better, lol. stay strong

my counter was behind, and then somehow I edited it and it let me enter the first date I was clean and now its not behind anymore :) hang in there dude, you're doing so great!!

Have you been exercising? Have you been taking supplements, aminos and vitamins (2x/day)? These things will speed up your recovery.

You know how I'm feeling...We are in the same sinking boat but I'm still bailing the water out lol...I don't remember how long you said you used for. I know the longer you use the longer it takes to feel normal. I will be at 2 weeks on Friday and I still haven't reached the pink cloud faze yet. Im gonna drag my butt to my son's football practice tonight I'm hoping that will help some too. I really hope you start feeling better. You should be very proud of yourself you are doing so good.
