oxycodone,benzos, meth.all out.so scared right now
I will be coming off oxy 10, I took 60 in less than 5 days,also the past year I have been using anything I can get my hands on.meth, opiates, benzos, weed, I cant go one minute sober and now im all out.im so scared.and nobody in my family knows.ive hidden it by playing it off so well...im so addicted and so scared right now.im full of FEAR and I its of EVERYTHING.I have ro work tomorrow. Take care of kids, house...im all alone otherwise and im SCARED TO DEATH.

I know you are scared but it's going to be okay. The only thing that is dangerous to cold turkey are benzos. How much and how long have you been taking? If it is a regular thing it will have built in your system. They bind to the gaba receptors and need to be tapered. The danger is if you are physically dependent there is a risk of seizure. It would help us to have more info about these specifically.
As for the opiates-
the detox is not fun by any stretch of the imagination but it is doable. Look up The Thomas Recipe in the health pages. Make sure to stay well hydrated and eat small amounts when you can.
Hot baths with epsom salts are your best friend. So are bananas. Lots of bananas.
It would really help for you to share your secret. It is our secrets that keep us sick. You need AND deserve support okay?
Addiction is a disease that can be arrested with time and proper aftercare like counseling, support groups like NA/AA, SMART recovery, Celebrate recovery. Getting clean is easy compared to staying clean.
You need to want to save your life.
And your life is WORTH it.
