hang in there it'll get better day 3 was the worse for me everytime so be prepared.but,i know u can do it stay strong and believe in yourself and you can do anything you set your mind to-jenn

I am holding my own yesterday was a piece of cake however thing started getting nasty in the middle of the night .7:30 tonight will be 48 hours ,hubby said he would sleep on the couch and give me the hole bed (very sweet) I will be ok things are just rough right now we move to our new house Friday and my father in law is coming tomorrow night and i am in my 2nd day of withdrawl its almost funny (well not really )
