I just know also, that your good w/ helping with alot of good info.

You helped me get from 9 hydro's a day to 3-4 (and holding) - Because I was trying to taper to fast, and not letting my body adjust....remeber?

Plus the B-Complex and B-12...You helped me out so much w/ the Hydro's!

Have you finished the program....Road2, is still debating Sub. after...but, I guess we well wait and see how it goes?

yeah, I let my body adjust to 3-4 on the Hydro's. So then I was able to Hit and walk away from the "sedative / hypnotic" (Ambein) - So...I'm still going thru w/d's and letting my body adjust to sleeping w/o it....

That's why the Valium is helping w/ the shakyness and anxiety.

But I'm just getting prepared in advance, for the Valium, because after the w/d's from the Ambien go away...then I will walk from the Hydo's, and let my body adjust.

Then I will just have last addiction left: the Valium!  That's why I want to prepared.
