Kicking the Habit is from any of it like Booze too!! Yes try the Magnz, Calcium and Potassium it works good..Just go with the flow it will get better.
I know it easier said then done and the RLS is the WORST!! I got lucky this time around..Lay under a heating blanket it might help after Baths.

ugh, RLS was the WORST of my withdrawal symptoms too.
Here is what I did: I took Magnesium and Potassium supplements. Ate bananas (high in potassium) like I was part ape. I drank Tonic Water for the quinine. And then, I went to the doctor and he prescribed me Requip, which I took for about 3 weeks or so, it helps you sleep but read about it, It can cause you to fall out within 2 hours of taking it, and without warning, so no night time driving after taking it.
After 3 weeks, I was able to drop to a lower dose for a few days, then went off then and did not need them again.
I would lay on my legs, with them folded under me, until they tired out. I would bounce all day long. I know its miserable.
