Methadone and bumps on tounge

I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. As most of you already know I am at day 9 clean, I have been getting these blister like sores on my tounge and they hurt so bad. It isnt just a raised tasted bud it is a white circle looking thing but feels like a bunch of raised taste buds when i run my tounge on my lip I can feel it alot and it hurts badly. If anyone else is having or had this problem please let me know what I need to do to get rid of it. Oh yeah and these sores didnt show up until I tapered off methadone that is why I think it is related. thanks

Sounds like an ulcer to me. There are several potential causes such as spicy foods, stress, smoking cessation, vitamin D deficiency....
