Ugh why do I keep doing this to myself.  It just hit me like a brick.  Thought I was getting off easy but nope.

No lecture on recovery here ......you have heard so much already...use the strength of all of us in trying moments.....you are not alone..we support you through all your decisons.....

Aw Pat I'm sorry, i know it just stinks but as you know it does get better.  Go take a nice long bubble bath, and try to relax some.  When i was early on in my detox phase i use to say that"I'm putting on my armor vest and fighting the demons away!!!"  Put on your vest my friend, and put up a fight!!!!!

Hold on and dont let go! In fact, hold on to all of us! We wont let you go, thats for sure!! I second what Sonrissa said in that lets make this the last time you have to suffer through this! Youve been here before, you can push through it!  Think about how beautiful everything will look once your on top of that mountain! We wont give up on you Pat!
