Please help, 10 month cocaine addiction 2 week binge

Ok, so this has taken a long time for me to build up the courage to write this but I really need some answers.  I'm really scared I might of really harmed myself.  I've been really careless and stupid, for the last 10 months I have been addicted to cocaine and it's getting worse.  In the last 2 weeks  havn't been able to stop using cocaine for more than a day.  I do a line and in an hour I'm doing another one and I can't explain it.   My nose is swollen, it's so clogged up, it's bleeding.... I can't breathe, both sides of my neck are tight and swollen and I feel heavyness sometimes in my chest.  .  I live far from any hospital or healthcare.  It honestly feels like I'm going to die.  Can someone please help me, what should I do???

Please seek medical help .If there is anyway possable look into rehab . Some rehabs have Scholarships to offset the price .I would not suggest you use one drug to off another you can just end up trading addictions.
