First day...First step

Today is my first step toward freedom. A tiny one, yes, but still the first.  This morning I took ONE pill instead of two (I am following my doctor's direction).  My head hurts and I REALLY hated seeing my pills going off to work with my husband today *sigh* but he is in this with me and that is his job now - to count out how many I will take each day and take the rest with him.  I told him last night "you know I've never been good at budgeting...I guess the the fact that I couldn't budget my pills shouldn't surprise us..."  I might as well laugh at myself when I can.

Tonight I hope to go to bed feeling victorious about day one.

Very good - every little hurdle you overcome will make you feel stronger.  One day at a time but you are off to a great start!
