Hello all. I was up with a lil energy early this a.m so I went run the streets and take care of a few things. Finally got my hair cut as I usually do it regularly and I had'nt for a month well over due for me. Day is better today save stepping on a pair of ray bans I am starting out good today. Feeling a lil content with life thinking of my blessings as I don't have to work during this I stay home leave whatever if I feel like it. Will get back in routine as I feel up to it. That is a blessing for me to have that luxury. Thanks for listening all of you and my hats off to you all for making another day clean and sober, Michael

Yesterday was ok it was the day before that knocked me for a loop. I think it must of been temptation for mike day that is surely what it felt like. 180* I think it was a few 360* for me. LOL
Jack you are an asset to this group and hope you are feeling well today. I have always worked to be the best hand I could be so why not do it here this is more important cause if I gave in to the call of the wild I could'nt be a good hand anywhere. You keep the great work up to.
