I am trying to figure out when and how to start a detox off of diluaded 4s I take around four to six a day depending on if I work or not Im just wondering if there is a way to do it without taking off work

Taper yourself or speak with your doctor if thats how you get them.  Just taper down, one less everyother day.  It may suck a bit but then when it's time to go off.  It may still be a little painful but not so much to miss work.  I think.. Just an option.. take care

you can try to taper.  its not easy.  dilaudid is about 7-8 times the strength of morphine.  rule of thumb is to drop off about 1mg a week if you have that much.  just remember you have to really want this.  I recomend if that doesnt work seeking assistance asap professionally.  trust me opiod addiction doesnt stay the same or gets better it only gets worse.  I pray for you that you are strong enough to do it
