The rest of my Xanax down the toilet. C/O to Valium altogether as of TODAY.
Here's my Benzo saga...
Nov 17th 2011 4.0 mg xanax since Nov 2009 2 yrs gradual use.
cut to 3.5 x with 10 mg valium
every two weeks since or so ive cut by .25
sometimes by .5 if i have a long weekend and
can stay in bed.
2/23/12 at 1.25 mg x w/ 30 mg v
2/26 I WANNA FLUSH THE XANAX DOWN THE TOILET AND UPDOSE MY VALIUM INTAKE TO ABOUT 50 MG, AND TAPER FROM THERE...
ashton manual is too long of a taper, im impatient and am always tired. I can handle this.
Any feedback appreciated. wheeeeeeeeew, I hope ill be okay.

well i feel about 100 percent fine tonight besides the fact i cant sleep! lol im putting on some relaxation music....zzz soon i feel it.
Well see how you feel in a couple days. If your withdrawls feel the same as your other drops or different? That would be a good gauge to use.
i take valium 15 mg in the morning 10 mg in the after noon 5 mgs a few hrs later and 20 before bed
LOL no! I increased my valium as i dropped my Xanax...i take about 15 mg more valium (about 45 mgs) now that i have cut the Xanax...I would never cold turkey! lol
Totally stopping the xanax at 1.25 mg is not recommended. Why don't you just drop your dose again? How do you take them now? A few times a day?

im not literally gonna flush the pills lol...they are fine where they are. I have no need or craving to take them. i havent taken any xanax today at all! im scared of what the next 3 or 4 days will bring tho....i cant even sleep.:( what warning signs should i be aware of? am i in any danger of seziures?
hey my friend. you have done so great with your taper. i am so proud of you. i am not sure you should flush the xanax. your taper is working so great. you have continued to drop your dose. you have tapered down 2.75mgs in 3 months.you are almost there.
did you already flush them?
i think i remember you telling me you had a doctor helping you with your taper,right? now what will happen?

I don't have much to offer but support, as I had done and tapered adivan and ambien, but not xxanax. How are you feeling?
