Forum's great, sometimes I want a chatroom tho...

This forum is great, but I'd quite like to be able to chat more immediately with people sometimes. Does anybody else feel the same? Does anybody know of any good chatrooms for this kind of thing -i.e just like this forum but rather than having to wait maybe an hour or more for an answer, you're in an ongoing dialogue. If anybody knows any then I'd love to know about them. I've searched but the only ones I found were empty. If there isn't one, wouold there be an appetite for one if it were created?

hey, jumping to my defence, I like it  - Thanks! ;o) Seriously though, you're exactly right, I just kinda thought it could help me and you're probably right that more than one input is better than just straight IM between 2. That said, when somebody just needs to ride a rough hour, maybe IM could play a useful part. Now that I know that the site has a reasonable messaging system as well as the forum, that almost takes care of that I guess. Anyway, hope today is good for you, maybe speak to you later - if I don't then be pleased because it means I've gone to sleep!

Folks tend to get a little defensive sometimes, I think.
I know I"M VERY  hyper-sensitive. Not getting on you nauty!
I feel like posting this might cause a ruckus, but codean asked a simple question. Does THIS forum have a chat room fuction??? That's ALL he asked.
Not that i'm aware of, codean, but it would've really helped me through the early days, too. BUT, CHANGE is hard & I'm not sure if it'll happen or not.
I would chat you on Yahoo IM, but it hit me with a virus & I removed it.
But, i would think you need more than one person in the chat room with DIFFERENT ideas & opinions.
Maybe someone can send codean a link??
