Why are people so rude and hurtful. 

My dads ex who hates my guts is going around saying I'm an unfit drug addict mother. I know ive messed up in my past but now im clean! Why do I deserve this. I have moved on from her drama and am living my life. Why can't she. I just don't understand. Awhile back we got into it because she cheated on my dad and was using him. All I ever did was stick up for my father. Yet he remains friends with her. I'm so hurt. And so down right now.

You hold your head high girl. You are doing great!!  She is only hurting her character.  Anyone who believes her crap isnt someone you want to be associated with anyways.  People who do this sort of hateful behavior only do it to try and make themselves look better.  What is important is that you dont believe the venom that comes out of her mouth.  The less you say the better it is as your actions are speaking louder than anything right now.  Just remember karma is alive and well~~
