off the patch for 1 1/2 months

I am still very tired. could it still be from the wd or what? when does the energy return.

energy and sleep are the last two things to return.  dont sweat it it will return.  sometimes take a couple months.  everyone is different.  keep hanging in there, it will come.

Slowly it comes back. Are you taking amino acids? Look in the Health Pages near the top right. Heed the warnings if you're on anti depressants.
