hi from 10 mg a good 7 days of withdrawals with some symptoms lingering into 2 weeks but most will be over in 7 days the biggy is sleep and the energy crash.........Gnarly

i just couldnt bear the not sleeping or SLS. so o broke dwm and took some zanax - ivr never takem them be fore ( someone gsve thm
to me) .. i hate thm!! i dont like the froggy feelung it giave me whn i woke up.. but it got me thru the night.. MY QUESTION., hoe long shud i  expect to go thru this detox on 10 mil.      is it as bad as 50 ot 25 mil? .... i kno patience is a virtue bit i thot that pertained to grreater thingd in life....

HI your going to be fine coming off 10 is doable its no fun but you can ride it out for around a 7 day week you got most of it beat some symptoms will go into 2 weeks but most will be gone the real complaints are the inalienably to sleep and the sever energy crash....now over the last few months we have had members beet this stuff in a month or less.....that use to be unheard of I think they my have changed the formula but if you on the pills you on the old stuff and it can be a grind to get off it im probably not the best example I spent 10yr on the pills then 6 1/2yrs on the methadone I was dope sick for a month and it was a good 90 days till I started to get better ......it can take a wile to get threw this its not so much the withdrawal witch su cks but the post withdrawal that makes this stuff so hard to break free from......just remember every withdrawal is different try not to fight it let your body purge itself of the poisin DONT take any to try to feel better it will only set you back keep posting for support we all want to see you succeed.......Gnarly

CALIF    hete im Sc thy dont do too much - i asked to detox/.   abt 3-3 ago but thy never got back to me so becuz i got 'take homes" i hoarded them ans stpped going snd detoxef my self to 10 mil....  I DO NOT AND WILL NOT GO TO THOSE  $$ making clinics who only want $&&!!!! & want u to stsy on it!!!

as well as zinc supplements... trying to eat healthy ... my son is here and is Vegan ( wich  i hate it) a - jist wondring jow long the worst will overcome me..las vegas *****.. been trying to get off mainainance for lat 3 years but i never got any answers so i hoRded my doses and got my self dwn to 10 mil.. noe it ovet - note -/ just three trest of meth tabs i in.

hello. welcome. i understnd you want to be free from the methadone that is the first wonderful step toward a life of recovery. what i could decifer is that you were on methadone and have detoxed down to 10 and have decided to go cold turkey and you want to know if you should take xanax or ativan which is also a benzo i suppose to help with your anxiety and irritation during your withdrawal. we dont recommend using another drugs that is also addicting to get off another one. alot of times you just trade addictions. yes you are going to feel the withdrawals and they arent going to feel good. but you have to remember you put the toxins in and they have to come out; look at the health pages on the top right corner of this page. take hot baths with epsom salts if you have them for aches, get sleepy time tea, valerian root and melatonin they all help with the sleep, helping to relax and help with the anxiety. immodium for bathroom issues, buy the hylands for the restless leg. i hope you can figure out your phone issues so you can keep posting to get support. this is a great community and you will get lots of love and support here.
