HELP with withdraws from vicoprofen

I’m new to this site, but I’ve been reading a lot of posting about w/d from vicoden.I need some help!!! I’ve been taking vicoprofen for about 2 years I take 10 a day 7.5 mg I ran out yesterday and now today I’m really hurting. I know I need to stop taking them but I don’t have the will power to stop cold turkey. What is the best way to wean myself off of them.

No one has died from opiate withdrawal that didnt have a pre-existing condition.  You just wish that you would....

I went ct off 18 vicoprofen over a year ago.......if you have any questions please feel free to ask me.........You can get thru this and you will feel so much better.......sara

Check the Thomas Recipe and the Amino Acid Protocol listed in the Health pages at bottom lower right of page.....you will need immodium and emetrol for sure....but that stuff is in the Thomas Recipe........warm/hot showers will be a must.....as will a lot of other stuff - - read the recipe and post any further questions and just post for support - - thats important.......and good luck to you!

Theeagle, Thanks for formula to taper me off of them, do you  know  what I can do to help me get though the withdrawals until I can get my prescription  refilled? I can’t get it filled until the third of July

Ten a day is an easy number.....taper should be 10-15% per week or ten days. stop taking one per day for a week. Then drop two for the next week and continue as such until you are out of the woods........
