If you feel that it could be anxiety, it very well may be. But personally I would never take that chance. It certainly could have been the cocaine but if there is the slightest chance it isn't, I would go to the ER at your nearest hospital. Hospitals that are fed. funded cannot turn you away if you feel you are having chest pain or heart palpitations. It could be a problem that is lying dormant and the amount of cocaine usage could have brought this out. The problem is anxiety can so bad that it feels like heart trouble, can't breathe, heart palpitations, sweating, but I would not take a chance. I have made the trip to the ER when I was younger on several occasions with devastating "panic attacks". I would have sworn I was having a "heart attack" and was never embarrassed to be tested and told it was anxiety that will go away. I still didn't take the chance. Heart disease does not discriminate against age, sex, etc. The hospital may have you sign a "promise to pay" and work out a plan or if you qualify they could put you on charity care. I would get checked out if I were you. Just my opinion. My best wishes to you.
when it comes to your heart i would take no chances, i would go get it looked at(tested)
