crack use in pregnancy

if i used crack cocain in the first four months of pregnancy but am clean now will it show still in babys system when born?

as you probably know, that first trimester is the most critical and important for a baby's development.  i am not sure if it will show in his/her system but it may, like tryingtocope said, have some effects on his development after being born.  

prenatal care is so important.  be diligent with your appointments and sonograms.  hoping for the best for you and your baby.

Yes, most likely it will. I would be more worried about adverse effects to the baby. Have you had a hi-def ultrasound or any prenatal testing to rule out any birth defects? And unfortunately, it may be years before behavioral or learning problems would be noted. I'm not judging...just curious.
