You are seriously rockin this! Do you have the info on location and times of the meetings? Never too soon to plan. I know you want to wait for your wheels but maybe you could hike it over there when the weather warms up. Keep going my friend Im waiting for that 30 day post!
Thanks ms D ;) yep ive researched and found a few places, mainly held at chuches, but thats fine.. I need them in my long term goal.. I took the past 2 days off of work, so i may be pretty buzy today.. not sure yet. ;) 30 days will come soon.. and I keep saying that putting stride in it, after 30 days then just hold out another 30 and go up from there ;)
If you call the NA hotline they may have someone who will pick you up. It's worth the call.
That's the ticket! One day, one week, one month. I know its miserable but honestly like everything else it goes pretty fast. Just keep going one goal at a time!
yep yep im pushing this wagon, talk about being up ***** creek w/o a paddle, well i have my paddle back and im rowing to shore..lol
thanks for the info, im checking on that now.
Glad your back on the Wagon again. And meetings save me. Take time to think about why you relaped. Meetings are a great resource. In the beginning I thought meetings were for loosers. Its the opposite. You deserve the meetings. think of meetings as a positive experience....its self investing. Meetings can be scary until you get thru the door. When I first came back from rehab I thought I didnt need them...well I was wrong. Then I had another relapse....went back to rehab and attended meetings....I've been clean one year and three months. Now I look forward to them. Please ask me anything about them....call the hotline....im positive that when you reach out youll be amazed and get a ride. Dont use anymore excuses.....
Great post BAMA!!!! Good to see you out strollin the forum...ROFL!!
And congrats on one year and 3 months, too!!!
Glad you're looking into NA. NA is my aftercare program of choice and it really works well for me; it's saved my life. You can't go wrong by surrounding yourself in the atmosphere of recovery.
