I just got finished with my 12 hour shift I and did it without taking pills!!!!  It actually felt good to move around today after being a lump on the couch for a week.  So these are feelings, huh?  Who would have thought! Thank you to everyone on here. Y'all help get me through. One day at a time.

Hey bullman! How are you feeling today?  Man I had to fall hard THREE times before I KEPT the willpower. You got this dude!  Tell your buddy with the scrip that you are done and won't be needing them anymore.  That was one of the biggest mistakes I made in the past by not getting rid of my contacts. It will take some weight off your shoulders. Hang in there man and post or message when you need to.

Good for you!!!!  Yep, feelings are so cool....well mostly....the laughter is richer, the peace w/o a pill is amazing, and even the pain and depression, tho hard....are ever reminding us we are ALIVE, FREE of our chemical straight jackets & CLEAN!!!!  Savor them...

Thank you Sonrissa!  It does feel great!  I was even tested today by two of my old pill contacts.  I told them I was clean, and to not call me anymore. Then I immediately deleted the numbers again. Fool me three time shame on them. NEVER FOOL ME AGAIN!
