How do I delete my MedHelp account?

Can someone please help me!

I would be surprised if you are as crazy as me, not judgement from any of us, none of my friends anyway. I'm so glad your staying, make sure you try the things advised. It's been helping this crazy fool.

hun did you read the side effects? there are some of the symptoms you are describing. are you taking them as prescribed?

I cant find anything on the med. lizophram are you sure that's it?

yes rosy i am going to stay. you guys are my only friends that listen and understand without yelling at me and looking at me like i have three eyes

I agree that the meds may be a factor.

I wrote that reply for you earlier on the anxiety forum, spelling out ways you can help yourself.  Searching for symptoms is only going to keep you stuck in this cycle.

Go back and reread my post and start formulating a plan to help yourself.  You need the help of a professional too.  If at any time you feel you may harm yourself, you need to seek help immediately.  This IS something that you can manage.  I know right now it doesn't feel that way, but trust me, if you put your mind to it and start doing the things that will help you, you will see results.

You need to find a psychiatrist who can evaluate your medication regimen too, soon.

Hang in there.  Don't pull away, you need support.  You need to find someone in your real life to turn to as well.
