Tomorrow will start day one

Hello! I have been messaging a few people on here but thought it was time to start a thread of my own. After a couple of weeks of planning tomorrow will be day one for me. I am going to work thru my first day as I have done this a few times and know my first day is never as bad as day 2 or 3. I really need to find the strength in me to do this. I am for the first time excited about claiming my life back. I am gonna put on my big girl panties and just get thru this, what's 3-4 days for the rest of my life? I hope I can ask for some encouragement over the next few days! Thanks in advance!

Hi there! You came to a great forum there are amazing people here that will help support you and get you thru this!! You have the right mindset,,try and place a backup plan for long term,,after the short term withdrawals subside in comes the mental,,you know what I mean. Congrats...have a plan..be careful of "I can do it"  ask for strength from above too..that way when you're spent you have a back up.You will make it ...you have all our support
