How long for withdraw I am day 2

How long for withdraw from perc 10 about 12 to 20 perday. Today is day 2 I feel bad but not dyeing, is it cling to get harder

I was depressed before I started down this pill road. So for me, I must create a different life. I can't go back to my life before the pills, otherwise I will use again. Everyones story is different but I do think aftercare is crucial if we really want to life a life without pills.

I'm with luckytwice.  Grumpy, little anxious, insomnia on and off and may have some trouble with controlling body temp....like hot then cold and then hot all over with cold feet and hands.  That's all normal!  Take super b vitamin and get some exercise.  You'll do fine! : )  Congrats again!

Good to see you are doing great.  I doubt you will get sick again. You may feel a little grumpy and tired,  maybe a little jittery at times, but that will pass shortly. Take your vitamin supplements, vitamin C and they will help with all that a bit.

On day three clean and feel ok today. I am suprized how well I feel. Will I get real sick again? I sleep 9 hours last night thanks to some sleeping pills. Tonight I am not going to take any to see how I do. But just wanted to say I have come this far and if I can do if and have to be at work so can you. Thanks Bryan  I will check in again

You won't be out of the woods for a long time...
The worse of the worst should almost be over, but then you will have post acute w/d to deal with - cold sweats, night sweats, insomnia, weakness etc. Some people are over it within a month.. but I've never felt right... EVER.
It took a good year or 2 to feel somewhat normal again..  and I never got over the excessive sweating.
