have been taking vics for a month and a few days?

I was over 75 days clean, and I started getting these horrible pains on my left side and up into my shoulder...long story short I had to have my gall bladder removed. They put me on meds before the surgery and I am going on 3 weeks since the surgery. I have been tapering down the last few days. How bad will my detoxing be this time? I rarely took over the prescribed amount. But I am very nervous for what is to come:( I am very angry and disappointed about making it sooo far and having no cravings or wants for any type of pill to having a surgery and having to:(  My daughters b-day is this week and I don't want to feel crappy on her special day! I greatly appreciate any inputs or suggestions! Thank you

Thursday might be tricky; but doable. You probably won't feel exactly like you want to, but you should be able to handle the bday.

Since you were taking them as prescribed I dont think that the withdrawals will be as bad. You couldnt help that you were in pain and needed surgery. The great thing is you didnt abuse the pills!!! Thats HUGE! Hope that you feel better soon! ♥~Bkitty
