What should my doses of the L-theanine and B-complex be for the detox?
p.s. I'm taking L-theanine 100mg. I also saw the 200mg bottle. How many 100mg pills should I take each day?
B complex 3x per day.. this will turn your pee bright yellow.. like neon... it is normal and will continue while you take it... just a FYI
L-theanine-- I take it as needed... no more than 3 per day... It seems to last me a long time.. but that is when I am not in detox.. So I would stay under 3..
