Down by half? Thats great! Any wd's you have experienced, if any, is about what you can expect when you finally jump offf. At least, thats how it was for me. just let your body adjust to that dose before you taper off a little bit more. Tapering tends to drag out the wd's a little bit longer, but they are a little less severe. Its hard, but you're doing great! Keep posting so we can keep encouraging you. This site is great. It has literally changed my life!
To let u all know I got it down to half that I was taking!! I'm so proud of myself!! Pray that I continue down to none!! Thank you all for your support and prayers.
I love ur nickname it's how I feel. I just want to thank u for reaching out and taking the time. It gives me encouragement to move forward. Thank you.
It gives me encouragement to move forward that I had people that reached out to me. Thank you!!
Thank u for reaching out to me an give it gives me encouragement
read the stories on this web site and it will give you alot of ideas of where to start =] 1 less a day untill down to nothing, but like gnarly said talking to your dr is your best bet! you would be surprised at how helpful some dr's can be! good luck!
Another important thing about tapering that really helps, is having someone you trust to hold the pills for you and dole them out at the correct times. Many people (including myself) find that if you have access to the pills, its very hard to stick with a plan. Just a thought.......
hi........the best bett is to let your doctor know you want to get off them he/she can provide a proper taper plan it is ageist the forum rules to provide one to you therer are to many variables we dont know any thing about health conditions or other factors about all I can tell you if your getting them off the street is slow is good let your body be the final judge in when to drop dose if your feeling the withdrawals bad your going to fast sorry I have to be brief but its M/H policy stick around and read you will learn a lot and we can support you threw your taper I will tell you this tapering is difficult at best it requires a lot of discipline and perseverance 2 quality's most addicts dont posses good luck and God bless.....Gnarly
