Yes, I was in counseling for 9 months and that helped me quit drinking so that I may be a better wife and influence to my husband. I became much closer to God and I believe that my husband is soon to follow. I did notice some leg cramping that starts around mid evening along with some shakes and a weird nervous feeling. That's why I believe I'm getting close to being addicted.
Thank you so much for your kind words! This is a small obstacle compared to what I've been through so going to nip it now!
First of all let me say, I am so sorry for the passing of your son. I cant imagine the pain & can certainly understand your need to numb it! A parent should never have to bury their child. Do you get any kind of couseling for that? If not, have you considered it? I think in your case it may be crucial to achieve long term success.
2 months is not a very long time to be on the meds, but if YOU feel it is becoming a problem, then you must address it. Fortunately, because your use is light, you shouldn't have much in the way of physical withdrawals. Just quit now. You may have a little trouble sleeping for a couple nights, a little restlessness in your arms & legs, maybe some diarrhea. Nothing that cant be managed. Good for you for addressing the problem before it gets worse. Get you some good vitamins, drink plenty of fluids & eat well, and stay busy to keep your mind occupied. You can do this!
You have come to the right place for information & support, there is a ton of it here! I wish you all the best. Good luck!
