Having a weird day today.  I've kept myself extremely busy through the detox process, but today I just don't want to get out of bed. I just got back from helping my parents move into their new house, and that didn't really help get my endorphins going.  I guess the word for today is cumbersome.  I feel like a soulless zombie.  Any ideas on how to pep myself up?

I heard someone else say that there must be something in the air today. It seems to be such a "BLAH" day for some reason. You are not alone. Try to stay as positive as you can cause you are doing great!

It's amazing that our brains will plot and scheme against us.  I set myself up with my own question because my mind had an immediate response....TAKE A PILL!  No!  Never again!  Fool me once, shame on you!  Fool me twice, shame on me!  Fool me three times, well, there won't be a third time cause I'm going to get my mind right!  To quote a line from an awesome movie is "what we got here is a failure to communicate"!
