I LOVE this board

I am on day 16 free of pain meds...and I cannot believe how much this board and some friends I've made has helped me.  THANK YOU!  At first I was gonna give up and said it was too slow, but then as I started feeling a bit better I think this is the most wonderful place.  It has helped me meet other people that are in the same situation as me.  Normal but got addicted to pills cuz we like that feeling.  I almost don't think about pills, except how many days since I've had them.  I think I'm doing fantastic and exercising.  I owe it all to EVERYONE who understands what I"m saying....

So THANK YOU!!!

Congrats on day 7.  I remember that was  day I was struggling...mentally.  I was trying to get some.  NO, now i really don't miss it....I feel clearer.  As good as I liked that high, I feel CLEARER and healthier, prob from exercising.  I wish you the best!!!

You will get thru it....you can do it!!  Do you want to use, or just no energie?
