Well, after much encouragement by my friends on here, I finally told my wife everything. I have to say a big part of the anxiety lifted. I can still tell there is a hint there, but not near as bad. I also made a doc appointment for Friday, and I am going to tell him everything also. I am just hoping and praying that each day gets better. Thank you my dear friends, who always answer me...I really love you all. You are making this possible. Now I just feel kinda of tired.

Chad, when I did that it lifted a whole lot off my shoulders.  I really think secrets create their own problems.  Good for you!  Another bridge built to staying clean!

WAY TO GO BUDDY !!!!  It is an awesome feeling being honest with the ones you love.  I'm not surprised that a lot of the anxiety lifted off your shoulders....You are awesome !!!!  Feel kinda tired...LOL...I bet !!  It's amazing how much stress and anxiety takes a toll on our bodies.  I'm sooooooo proud of you...if you ever need anything just message me and I'll be here for ya....Take care my friend...Dave

WOW chad that was a huge step!  I am so glad the anxiety has lifted a big - that is so awful having that hanging over your head and USUALLY the fear of stuff is worse than just getting it over with and coming clean.

You should be really proud and this is a HUGE step for you.  Keep on going my friend and keep posting!
