i need answers quick

i used to take about 2 mg of xanax almost everyday
i quit a little over a month ago and i havent had any withdrawals or feelings that i needed it
a couple days ago i started feeling hard to breath like something was crushing my lungs.
and i just feel plain weird.  i also get this nervous feeling in my heart every now and again.
my hands tingle and i get hot flashes sometimes.
is this withdrawal or is there something else going on here??
if it is withdrawal, what should i do about it?

It sounds like anxiety, BUT I am not a dr. If you have been off  the med now for a month I would say it is possible, but not sure. Specially if you were given them for anxiety. It may very well just be that is back in full swing.
I have anxiety disorder and used to go through "bouts" here and there, now I have to stay on the medication period.

Either way, I think your best bet is to go be checked out. Rule out anything major. And be sure to let the Dr know about the xanax, and when you stopped and they can go from there.

But at least be checked out.
