I need a herbal or OTC valium

Are you clean or are you de-toxin  If clean I would stick with Melatoin from GNC 3 mg. 20 mins. be-fore betime. None during the day, If clean stay away from Valerian Root  we addicts can abuse anything that alters the way we feel. Valrian is a great herb and if your not clean I guess it wouldn't hurt I subscribe to Total Absence. I like the amino acids and Melatoin...Good Luck freebird227

Valerian Root helps with anxiety I took morning and night the evening one I would take with Melatonin 5mg it may help with sleep.. You can get these at almost any drug store.. lesa
