I need to sleep!

I'm on hour 39 of being clean. Tylenol is working for my pain for the most part, but last night I could not sleep! Dr is closed, and I am 9 wks pregnant. I have tylenol pm, and trazadone, but I'm pretty sure I cannot take them. I tool a warm bath in my daughters lavender bath soap, but did not help. Also up at 4,6, & 8 am with the runs. Don't think I can take imodium. I'm not turning back, but need to sleep. Even considered smoking weed, but been out of that game too long to get any. What can I do? I just want to sleep :(

I will make it. The key is to not get frustrated. Go watch tv, read a book. Not just lay there. I'm an insomniac off and on, poison meds helped with that, but I have experience with it. I would call but the dr usually on hates me. Litterally. Brought my daughter in to er and she was the doc. Daughter eye swelled shut in the matter of hours, huge and puffy, she refused to do anything. I refused to leave until another dr saw my daughter. Since the clinic was open, another dr saw her and put her on have anti biotics. with out them she would have lost her eye. On the weekend not much of a choice. I may complain, but im a fighter. I will try praying again. Got me a couple hours last night

Ob/gyns always have someone on call.  They have to due to the nature of the business.  Can you call the on-call dr and ask if you can have Benadryl?  Does that usually put you to sleep?  I would hate for you to go thru another night of no sleep.

I think maybe I will tough it out. Neither medication feels right. My husband is against me taking them as well. Very frustrating, but I deserve this, and for my baby will tough it out. No putting my comfort over the safety of my child. Lucky to have husband home for the weekend, he can make a pretty god house wife sometimes! :p

Just be careful. Can you call a pharmacy and speak with someone? Please don't smoke pot. Addicts need to be very careful with any mind altering chemicals.
Hang in there girl!!!

My sister is saying I can take flexaral and benedryl, and I kno she used the flexerall through out and says it is 100% safe, and my neice will be 1 this month and is fine, but she took it b4 pregnancy for fibromyalgia, so maybe thats why it was ok? I have like 2 bottles if them prescribed to me so it is possible....

I have the sleepy time, that and water is the only things I can drink when prego, lol. I have read about the thomas recipe, and many other things, just won't do anything that will hurt the lil one. Maybe I can muster the energy to go to the pharmacy and ask them, tho when I had the bad chest cold said you can't really take anything in the first trimester. Benedryl I may be able to take,.but not sure and won't take anything unless I'm sure.
