I used after 7 days clean, will it reset my withdrawal completely?

I had been snorting a gram a day of heroin for the last eight months.  I was clean for seven days, still felt like crap and did two lines on day 6 and 1 on day 7.  I'm an idiot but I will take responsibility and NEVER do it again.  Does anyone have experience with this?  I'm 15 hours clean and still feel like crap but not much RLS or anything.  Do you think this will reset me back to day 1 or not?  Thanks in advance.

Thank you sooo much for the reply.  I haven't used but wow, I am exhausted.  Went to the pool, got some exercise and then had to sit down after my shower just to dry off.  What is with the energy zap?

No it will not set you back to day 1 so don't worry.
What you do have to worry about is it affects your tolerance the same as any opiate your addicted to . This means if you take the same dose you took before you can end up OVERDOSING. So if you have come this far WELL DONE and keep away from your supply of heroin if its not there you will not use.
Keep up the good work your past the worst.

Thanks for the response.  The good news is that last night was like night 4 and I slept for 9-10 hours.  I still don't feel great but I will take it.
