Im getting off tram,but I am taking 3 halves a day. Does anybody know when I should decress? I have been on them for a few years. taking three pills a day. I dont have a doc and Im not sleeping. Not in a good mental state right now, but I want to get throught this. I am taking epson salts baths and they do help.

there is this stuff called bromelin (sp) it's derived from pinapples. it helps with muscles, Imnot sure how affective it is. My ex use to take it

It is horrible.  I know.  Now that I am off the trams I am in a lot of pain.  Mostly at work.  Repetive stress.caused a lot of problems with my back, shoulder, wrists.  I am still trying to find a new way of dealing.  Been on the web looking for natural help

because of the wrong dosing I guess. so it took you two weeks fromt that much? I do have a lot of pain. I was having pain b4 the tram, so now its overloading.

Why were you told not to cut them?  I was on 3-400 mgs a day.  I only tapered the last week and a half - 2 weeks.  I know it hurts.  I wish I could help more.  I took a lot of hot baths.  That got me thru.  Do you have physical pain thus the trams?

the dose is 50 mil a pill. So 150 total. I was told to not cut them , but I already started to do it this way. I know its not a lot compared to others, but this hurts sooooooooooo much!!!

The baths do help.  what is the dose of the 3 pills?  I think you can start to decreas any time.  avisg will probably respond to this.  She is really full of knowledge about the taper thing.
