Seriously....I cannot sleep AT ALL...like no more than 3 hours at a time...even if I go to bed drunk as a skunk still no sleep. I'm 13 days clean today and you would think the sleeping issues would be getting at least a little bit better but no of course not. It drives me nuts b/c then all I wanna do is take the Librium I was prescribed to help with w/ds to help me go to sleep and I def don't wanna get myself hooked on those either....the anxiety is absolutely horrible. Today is the first day that I have not taken the Librium and I know I will def not sleep more than 2 hours tonight...I can't go to work without a Librium otherwise my heart races and I freak out big time..I can't win no matter what I do. BUTTTTT I am VERYYY proud of myself and my b/f for doing this and making it happen and sticking with it this long...I just need some sleep and a slower heart rate already!!
Just an extra side note as well....I'm also very proud of doing this b/c it has made a few of our oxy addicted friends to follow in our footsteps and do the same...it feels good to make an impact on the lives of others so please pray for them and hope they can make it through this as we have so far and for their recovery to be successful. =)

This is an all natural sleep aid.  It isn't like Unisom or anything like that.  It doesn't even have the diphenhydramine in it.  I think the major ingredient is passion flower.  Try to google the rapid sleep and it will tell you all about it.

The only problem is that if I take a sleep aid such as that I can't get myself outta bed in the morning for work my body is just so tired so I stay away from the sleep aids but maybe it's worth it just to get that sleep and feel like ****....

I used Rapid Sleep pm from Wal-Mart.  Being an ambien addict and a major insomniac, I was very skeptical about it, but it really does work.  I have been pleasantly suprised at how well it works.  I have been using it for about 2 weeks now and it is still working.
