I'm done feeling sorry for myself!!!!!!

I got off my ***.  I got in my car and it felt good.  It felt good to drive.  When I was a kid I never understood why my Mom just needed to take a drive.  As I got older I did.  I felt that again.  I just  needed to go for a ride.  I cranked up some Alanis Morissette Jagged Little Pill ( a little irony)  And something about someone elses anger just makes you feel so good sometimes.  I recommend  Anyone here going through wds if you have that cd; crank it up as loud as you can and jam out.  Screw it.  Dance around.  Who cares if you feel bad.  You'll feel better inside if you do.

Why can't we do this?  We did it to ourselves.  We knew these pills were addicting.  I've beat alcoholism, cocaine, and paxil.  I can do this too.  We can get our lives back.  These wds are just a draw back.  To try and keep us from gaining our lives back.  SCREW THOSE LITTLE PILLS!!!!!  They could never make us feel as good as we do when we take a deep breath and realize that we are ALIVE!!!  And we are in CONTROL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I even dropped a big box of duraflame logs on my big toe and I don't care.  At least I can feel.

God bless you!!! It is so good to see one of us stand up and take back our life. One by one rise from the ashes of our lives and one by one we make the stand and fight the good fight. There is a demon in that bottle of pills and it wants to drag us back to Hell. Don't any of us let that happen.

Thats great. You sound bound and determined! Keep it up. As i always say, mind over matter. and what matters is your mind. Some ppl sit around and feel sorry for themselves and take a pill to counter act the difference. its good to hear that there is someone taking control. Good for you. dont look back.

Yep...I remember the first time I 'hurt' myself when I got off the pills and I was like "WTF is this I'm feeling?!?!..oh yeah, it's called pain!"
It was a good feeling I can tell you. You have the right attitude-keep it up. Living life is awesome!
