You are right. Using was a full time job. I find certain times of day I really miss the buzz. Then I think it through and distract myself by remembering the counting pills, the wds, the planning around the pills, etc.
Hang in there. posting is a good alternative.
practice some gratitude, you have a roof, gf, dog, bed,toilet. they are all things you WILL lose if you continue useing.
write a list of all the things you are grateful for next time you get 'so bored'
if you cant think of at least 30 your not trying hard enough.
