i have regularly smoked cannabis for 8 years. I quit 3 days ago due to severe anxiety and paranoia. Are there any withdrawl symptons from this?

Pot is not physically addictive. There are no withdrawels. But yes you can be mentally addicted and have cravings.

FOR ME THE WITHDRAWLA WAS NOT PHYSICAL BUT MENTAL..those were really rough.  hope ths help...
