In need of support

I am need of some support. This is day 18 clean for me from about a 8 to 9 a day for 3 years loratab addiction. I feel strong and do not have any cravings but my energy level is very low and i feel blah not depressed just blah. Today has not been the best day. Is this normal? And approximately how long could it last? And is there any natural vitamin that could give me a boost?

Check the Amino Acid Protocols in the Health Pages on med help - low right hand side of page - -   the l-Tyrosine is specifically for energy - you cant od on amino's since you will simply elimate through urine any excess amount...............stay away from caffeines in particular right now.........Also check Health Pages for foods that increase dopamine in the brain....................your body needs some minor help getting back on track after being misused - - but mine came back fine after 6 months of treating myself right and after a 40 yr narcotic habit!!!!!!!!!!!!!          Dont ever stop or even think that you arent strong enough to do it..............
