Info on Subutex please?

Hi. Went to drugs place today as i'm addicted to co codamol and ready to get off them. They said they are going to put me on Subutex. They are starting me on a low dose but don't know what yet. Can anyone tell me what and how i will feel when i start my course of Subutex please? Thanks

Drugs place? Not sure what that is. Anyway, after you wait the allotted time frame the dr tells you to wait, you should be in withdrawal when you take the Subutex, but after about 20 mins, you should slowly feel better. After an hour, you should be fine and feel "Normal" or what you remember normal feeling like. Before drugs.

The subutex will stop with WDs.  I would not take it for very long, because the WDs from it will be worse than what you are taking now!  Do you have a plan for aftercare?  Stopping the WDs is only the first step.  Subutex can help you but not forever.  You have to do something to keep from going back to the pills!
