It's  Friday 2:30 am east cost time Cant sleep again for the 59th day after detox . What about the rest of you?

Wow! I didn't know there was something stronger than herion!!! I feel awful for you! And i thought 8 days of no sleep was bad... I hope you get through this!!! Do you have a support system? You are such a strong person, I envy you and your will power. I quit cold turkey a couple months ago, stayed off the hydro's for a month and a half, still felt insane without them, and here i am ...........way worse than before. My main problem is the fear of quitting again! I am so terrified of those damn withdrawls. i just can't do it cold turkey, i am so scared. But everyday i feel so shameful!!!!

Day 7 for me, had the worst night, couldn't sleep, restless legs from u know where. I swear there is a monster in me trying to get out. I have been sweating so bad to. I thought on day 5 I felt so much better. This is just not fun! At all! I have been taking the LunaSom PM, it helps for 2-3 hrs and then quits. These leg things make me feel wired. I don't want even my husband to touch my skin, or me. Thank God he is being understanding. Ugg lets hop and pray we all find the air to breathe today and maybe feel better some.

I had significant sleep problems for 3 months. And minor probs for awhile after that. benadryl and melatonin helped me some. And Sleepytime mint tea before bed. It does continue to get better - but way too slowly............

I was using Dilaudid . Per mg. it is 8 times stronger than morphine 3 times stronger than heroin. I was being treated for cancer which GOD OUR FATHER HEALED ME FROM IN JESUS NAME A-MEN TO THAT!!!!  My doctor had me taper off the drug but at one point it no longer was working and I started to detox real bad. I went into the hospital for 5 days and then went to after care. It has not been easy, but each day I'am a little better Still feel very exhausted, dont sleep and still shake a little. Really? 59 days???? What was the detox from? Did you use another drug to help you detox???
